Step inside the creation of Life in the Trees. This exclusive 1-minute preview, captured by filmmaker Natalie Clements, is an excerpt from the behind-the-scenes short documentary set for release soon.

It takes you into the heart of this unique artistic and technical collaboration, from the landmark recording session with the WNO Orchestra to the team's fieldwork capturing immersive sounds and visuals within the ancient woodlands of Dinefwr.

Spatial audio recording session and VR filming with the WNO Orchestra at Wales Millennium Centre’s Orchestra Hall on 22 May 2025, conducted by Frederick Brown. The session featured the performance of Life in the Trees by Owain Llwyd, captured to allow audiences to experience sitting within the orchestra during the VR installation.
